Teaching
My core teaching comprises modules delivered in Year 2 (CP212 Process Safety Fundamentals) and in Year 5 and MSc (CP527 Petroleum Engineering, and CP530 Safety Management Practices). I also support the delivery of the equivalent modules on our distance learning courses. I am also a supervisor for Year 5 and MSc individual projects.
For teaching leadership, I am the Industrial Advisory Board Co-ordinator and work closely with the Marketing and Outreach team to develop industrial links for our courses.
Reflecting my industrial background, my teaching philosophy focusses on the inclusion and contextualisation of industrially-relevant experiences and outcomes in both taught and project-based modules.
